Kenji: '“Faia” is mostly clay sands, quartz, and a little volcanic soil. For me the defining terroir characteristic of ‘Faia’ is its very shallow soil. It’s a slice of earth about 30cm deep, all in the same zone.'

Tending to be the more generous and open of their pure Chenin in it's youth, the 2021 is really lovely already, with lovely fruit, citrus and lot's of minerality. Enjoy's a decant or being opened early, we've enjoyed it even more on the second day open.
