VINS HODGSON, D.A.I.S.I.E.S. NV

An exciting new wine from Mai & Kenji, the name a reference to one of Kenji's favourite groups. This is a blend of three different vintages and three different vineyards; 2023 Les Noëls de Montbenault, 2024 Faia, but just the young vines and 2025 Aussigouins. Each vineyard and vintage brings different characteristics to the wine that balance beautifully and show the skill that they both have as blenders and tasters. 

A wine that is enjoyable now but we think will age quite beautifully
