Alex Wallard has been working with of the best domaine's in Saumur over the last few years, principally with François Saint-Lô. In recent years he has started to produce his own wines, principally with fruit from a small parcel he rents in the village of Berrie, where François is based.

100% Pineau d'Aunis, 8 days whole bunch maceration, a very bright, aromatic and delicate iteration of the beguiling varietal. Delicious!
