White - Einhart Alsace White 2024

Blend of Muscat, Riesling, Pinot Gris & Auxerrois. Aromatic, but crunchy and fresh, perfect for the picnic

Hazy White - Remi Poujol, Temps Fait Tout Blanc 2023

A classic Southern white that is drinking so beautifully right now, Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Bourboulenc and Viognier, all direct press  and aged in fibreglass aside from the Viognier which is macerated whole bunch for 7 days before ageing in ceramic amphora. Stony, mineral, herbal and so fresh. 

Pink - Francois Saint-lo, Hey GG! 2022

6 day maceration of Grolleau Gris, beautifully aromatic and pouring a pale pink, this clocks in at 9% Perfect well chilled

Red - Francois Saint-lo, Hey Gro! 2021

20 day maceration of Grolleau Noir, clocking in at 8.5% this is incredibly ripe for the abv and so delicious. Perfect for hot days

Red - Mathias Barralon, Arbousier 2024

Lovely lithe, fruity Gamay that is just perfect for a barbecue.
