Blend of Grolleau with Chenin from two terroirs: the Chenins from the Domaine du Bon Temps in Saint Lambert du Lattay and the Grolleaux noirs from the Domaine du Fresche in Pommeray. Chenin was direct pressed and the Grolleau was macerated in the juice for 10 days, in an infusion. It drinks more like a rose than a red, with the minerality focus from the Chenin and the light red fruit from the Grolleau bunches infused in the juice.
