100% Grolleau Noir from very old vines, that he farms, given a 14 day maceration in whole bunches. Perhaps our favourite vintage so far of this Grolleau, it has a beautiful intensity of fruit, while remaining very light on it's feet in terms of tannins. Cherries, plums and a refreshing bit of co2 this is a Grolleau that really stands out.
