ROMAIN DES GROTTES ANTILOPE SOFT DRINK, BEAUJOLAIS

For his new sparkling white juice, as he doesn't have enough white grapes at the moment, he bought some organic malvasia juice, steeping it with juniper, gentian, bay leaf and citrus, using the same methods as L'Antidote, but this is less sweet, pouring a beautiful golden colour. It is a little more subtle and gentle than Antidote, perhaps better with food and above all, delicious!
