ROMAIN DES GROTTES, BRUT DE CUVE, GAMAY, BEAUJOLAIS 2025

The 2025 Brut De Cuve is one of our favourite vintages of this vibrant Gamay, bursting with wild red fruit. He gives the grapes a short whole bunch maceration and it's always bottled very young (after a month or so) preserving the energy of the fruit. Brilliant lightly chilled.
