ROMAIN DES GROTTES, BRUT DE CUVE, GAMAY, BEAUJOLAIS 2023

Romain’s main cuvee is his bright juicy Gamay, given a short 5/6 day maceration whole bunch then aged in tank for around a month. With such a short elevage it always needs time in bottle, bit after almost a year now, it's tasting great, bursting with dark berries and a touch more structure than the past couple of vintages.
