ROBIN GOUTALLIER Y'A PAS QUE D'LA POMME 2021

100% Gamay from slightly older vines. Robin gives the fruit a semi-carbonic maceration with a lot of juice, gives a little denseness to the wine, which has a real elegance to the fine tannins. Drinking beautifully. 

2021 is a cooler vintage and as such this lighter than last year with still some nice crunchy tannins and plenty of depth of fruit from the young vines. Such a lot of wine for the price.
