REMI POUJOL, LE TEMPS FAIT TOUT ROUGE 2022

Remi's brilliant southern red is a blend of Syrah (selection massale from Chave,) Carignan & Grenache Noir. The Syrah & Carignan are generally 50/50 whole bunch and destemmed, the Grenache is whole bunch for ten days. Aged in different tanks and then blended before bottling to achieve the balance Remi is looking for. Brimming with dark fruit, this concentrated yet fresh, drinking well, but a wine that is surprisingly age-worthy in our experience.
