REMI POUJOL, LE TEMPS FAIT TOUT BLANC 2022

The return of a classic of the natural wine world, Remi's only white wine, a blend of southern varietals, Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc, Colombard & Viognier. The latter grape is macerated whole bunch in ceramic amphora, the rest is pressed direct. All the grapes are aged separately and then blended according to Remi's taste and the balance he wants to achieve. 2022 is incredibly fresh and mineral, with the usual wonderful texture, a wine that really punches above it's weight.
