REMI POUJOL, LE TEMPS FAIT TOUT BLANC 2020

Remi Poujol farms ten hectares of vineyard in Pezenas in the Languedoc. As well as making his own cuvées, he has become something of a go to guy for buying quality fruit in the region, the likes of L’Octavin, La Sorga, Les Valseuses & Es d’Aqui are regular customers. 

Remi's iconic white is back in stock. The 2020 is a stellar vintage, blending Remi’s southern white varietals. This blend is Viognier with a touch of maceration, Colombard, Ugni Blanc & Bourboulenc. He ages the grapes separately for around 18 months and blends before bottling. After bottling it was given time in bottle to settle before release. Brimming with fruit and minerals, this is a classic natural southern white. Will age wonderfully too.
