RAPHAËL BEYSANG, NOUVEAU 2025

This iteration of the "Nouveau Litre" from 2025 is quite different from other vintages as it's principally made with  50% Grenache grapes, 40% Carignan grapes, grown by Auvergne winemaker Mattia Carfagna in the Languedoc. Of course, there is 10% Gamay in there too, from their friends in South Beaujolais,  Laure and Benjamin Yvernay.

Each grape variety was macerated seperately whole bunch for 3 weeks then they blended the maceration once the sugars were finished.
Bottled in November 2025. 

It's a beautifully bright fluid expression of these varietals, very aromatic, with lovely light red fruit. We like it chilled. Perfect for the height of summer!
