RAPHAËL BEYSANG & EMÉLIÉ HURTUBISE, PALTIERES ROSÉ 2024

2024 was a tough vintage and they lost a lot of fruit to mildew, so on the harvest they did a lot of sorting and decided to have a different approach to this cuvee, from their Paltieres vineyard : 2/3 of the grapes was in direct press and the 1/3 added in the direct press for 6 days macerations and re press again and bottle in february The result is a vibrant delicious Rosé brimming with wild red fruit. Perfect summer drinking! 

*Raphael & Emelie are moving to Alsace so these are the last of their Beaujolais wines offered at a very good price as they needed to clear the cellar quickly, there are as delicious as usual
