2023 was a lovely vintage for the Beaujolais couple and Raph chose to name this wine after his son Noah, which he has done only one time before.
The fruit was de-stemmed, macerated whole bunch in a direct press of gamay from the Pallieres vines ( blue stone granit ) and age in Sandstone jar for more than a year.
*Raphael & Emelie are moving to Alsace so these are the last of their Beaujolais wines offered at a very good price as they needed to clear the cellar quickly, there are as delicious as usual
