100% Gamay from their own old vines half planted in 1927, half in 1970, which sit on soils deep in limestone and clay. The whole bunches are picked by hand in small baskets then put into a 30hl cuve by hand where they macerate whole bunch for two weeks.

2022 was a good vintage and this is already singing, with wild dark fruit and a soft smooth texture. We like it lightly chilled.
