RAISIN SAUVAGE, SOCIAL TRAITRE 2023

This is a lovely new wine from Emilien, a blend of Sylvaner & Riesling from his parcel in which he infused the skins of Pinot Noir giving a beautiful pink colour. Really tasty, with beautiful bright fruit, this is a very fun wine and is brilliant to pair with spice.
