RAISIN SAUVAGE, RAVALA EXPRESS ROUGE 2021

Bought from his friend Florian on the Schlossberg vineyards, some Grand Cru this is a blend of 50% Pinot Gris & Blanc, 40% Riesling & 10% Muscat. The Muscat was infused in whole bunches in the juice for 3 weeks giving aromatics and colour. This is very aromatic and fresh with exuberant fruit, a delicious vintage.
