NO CONTROL, DÉLIRE DU DÉSORDRE 2024

We have long been fans of the wines of No Control, following his project since we first got into natural wines. Vincent, who formerly worked in marketing, was a passionate natural wine lover who fell so far down the rabbit hole that he ditched his previous career and dove into winemaking. He spent time learning his craft by working with two of the greats of Alsace - Bruno Schueller & Patrick Meyer. Then, having discovered the wines wines of Patrick Bouju & Pierre Beauger, he was inspired to set up his own domaine in the volcanic soils of the Auvergne, first vintage 2013. 

He now works with over 6 hectares with old vines of Gamay d'Auvergne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah and some vines he planted himself of Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer & Sauvignon. Due to some losses in the last few years and to offer a wine at a better price point he has also in some years started to make some wines from fruit he has bought, mostly from the Auvergne, but also, in a nod to his journey into wine, Alsace. We believe that he is now producing some of his best wines to date. 

Délire du Désordre 2024

This is the first time in years that Vincent has made this wine, a blend of all of the 2024 wines white and red, aged in foudre for one year. Bright aromatic and fresh this is perfect lightly chilled, a true blouge.
