From the vines on clay and limestone,  the grapes were given 3.5 weeks of whole bunch maceration, before ageing in tanks for 10 months. The vines are on clay and limestone soils, giving a richer, more exotic fruit profile. 2023 has given a particularly ethereal elegant wine with real depth and beautiful fruit.
