NICOLAS PAVIE, INCIPIT, NO JUDGEMENT DAY 2020

This wine comes from parcels in Theize planted on light calcareous soils. After Nico's trademark 3.5 week maceration 'infusion' it was pressed off slowly, then aged in vat for 10 months. Dense, full of fruit but with typically soft and elegant tannins.
