NICOLAS PAVIE, INCIPIT, THEIZE, BEAUJOLAIS,- IMPERMANENCE 2017

A beguiling wine produced from a late pick of Gamay, which was given an extended elevage in barrel. It opens up nicely over a few day, is very powerful and deep and though it drinks well now, especially with cheese, which is not something I usually enjoy with red wine, it will age for decades.
