MAS DE L'ESCARIDA, LO RAVI 2023

This year's Lo Ravi is a bright dark fruited blend of Syrah & Chatus, a variety native to the region that according to Laurent bears some relation to Mondeuse. A very rare varietal it brings a tension and focus to the wine that adds to the remarkable value of this cuvee. 2023 is soft, with dusty black fruit and a wonderful texture.
