A wonderful release from the 2023 vintage, Lucie is one of Louis' priced plots of Gamay, the vines 50 years old, walled by forest in the heart of Bugey, near Merignat. Louis has changed his vinification on this cuvee, giving the grapes 4 weeks whole bunch maceration, then ageing for a year in barrel.
