LES FERME DU CADE, PRIME 2023

Produced every year in small quantity, this is produced in collaboration with Les Freres Soulier, who are great friends of La Ferme Du Cade farmer & winemaker David Teyssier. Always made using David's grapes, this is a blend of Cinsault with Clairette Blanc & Rose, vinified separately but blended before bottling. Bright with fruit and a pleasing bitterness this is the perfect light red for summer!
