LES BORIS JEFFERIES, 19/20 - GRENACHE GRIS, GRENACHE NOIR, GRENACHE BLANC, CINSAULT.

A brilliant new release from Joe Jefferies, born in Warwickshire, but now residing int he Languedoc, making some of the most exciting wines in the region from basaltic soils. 

This is a blend of 20% Grenache Gris, Blanc & Noir from 2019 with Grenache Gris, Noir & Cinsault from 2020. All of the grapes were given a 6 day maceration, co-fermented in each vintage. 

The wine has delicious bright fruit, with lovely concentration, but still incredible freshness and minerality from those basalt soils.
