A big field blend of mainly Carignan, Cinsault, Aramon and a small amount of other varieties including Muscat all planted on alluvial soil. The grapes were macerated for 10 days in whole bunches before being pressed off to cuve. Among the more delicate of the reds from Axel, this opens up to show a particularly floral and fruit forward palate, whilst retaining a great deal of freshness.
