LE RAISIN A PLUME RENCONTRE 2023

In 2023 he lost a lot of fruit and bought some from friends - Domaine De Pavillion in La Varenne and Les Pierres Meslieres in St Gereon. He pressed the grapes direct and then co-fermented them in fibreglass, racking after the malolactic fermentation had finished and bottling with no additions. Hazy, saline and fresh with lot's of minerality, it's a delicious aperitif, a wine for the park perhaps.
