LE RAISIN A PLUME PGM 2022

It is always a delight for this wine to come back. A delicious Pinot Gris, macerated whole bunch for around 7 days before pressing off and ageing in fibreglass. 

In 2022 a warm year, it's particularly bright and vibrant, pouring a beautiful pale pink.
