LE RAISIN A PLUME, EN VADROUILLE BLANC LITRE 2021

2021 was a year of heavy losses in the vineyard due to frost, mildew and more.. 

Jacques had to think quick to make enough wine to keep his business afloat and decided to make two litre bottle wines for the bistro - from fruit bought from friends. 

This is the white, 100% Semillon from Bergerac, just pressed direct and bottled unfiltered to give texture. It's just delicious wine, not to think about too deeply, but to imbibe happily in the sun, with friends.
