LE RAISIN A PLUME CHUPITOS 2023

Infusion of whole bunch Sauvignon blanc, in a direct press of Cabernet Franc for 6 days from his grapes. Pouring a light red, this is full of bright fruit, with a lovely line of acidity keeping everything in balance, best drunk chilled, it's crying out for some sun.
