LE NADIR, OCTOBRE, CABERNET, GROLLEAU, 2020

50% Cabernet Franc, 50% Grolleau Noir from the Brossay terroir of silex and flint. Co-fermented whole bunch for ten days before pressing off and ageing in a mix of barrel and tank. The wine has lovely bright fruit with light tannins and just a touch of structure.
