LE BUREAU DU VIN, LA SECRÉTAIRE 2022

Alexander Walliman has spent the last few yers working for some of the best and most well respected winemakers around Saumur and still works with Francois Saint-Lo. In his spare time, he started to produce some of his own wines in tiny amounts, using his knowledge to produce wines of a rare finesse and elegance. We are delighted to bring a few over here.

100% Cabernet Franc, destemmed and given eight days of maceration before a slow press in a small antique wooden basket press. The juice was than aged in barrel for a year before bottling. Already very integrated and open this has impossibly silky tannins, elegance and pure fruit.
