90% Cot, 10% Pinot Noir.  In the warm vintage of 2022 Laurent got good ripeness, he destemmed the fruit and gave around a week of maceration, than aged in clay jays. Supple, with silky dark fruit and great length, this sits perfectly at the barbecue.
