LAURENT SAILLARD, CA SE DISCUTE 2024

The fifth intage of what has become something of a classic from the estate. A collaboration with Domaine De Cambalu, a beautiful organic estate just 15 minutes from Laurent. 50% of this Aunis is a tenturier variety with red juice. In 2024 he destemmed the fruit as usual. It was then aged in fibreglass tanks. Clocking in at 10% it's featherweight on the palate, with bright, small red fruits and just a hint of the peppery characteristic of the varietal. Delicious!
