LAURENT SAILLARD BLANK, SAUVIGNON 2025

100% Sauvignon from 50 year old vines planted on Clos Roche Blanche. Pressed direct, then aged in 400l cuve. Balances the ripe fruit of the varietal with a lovely texture, minerality and length. 2025 is a standout vintage and will be a wonderful wine to cellar, though is rather enjoyable now too
