A benchmark for Auvergne Chardonnay, This is not a wine they release every year as they often don’t harvest enough to warrant it. In 2021 they did and the resulting wine has set that benchmark at an even higher level. Wonderful richness and a bright, almost sherbet like acidity that gives it real backbone.
