70% Grenache 30% Syrah planted in the 60's on clay-loam planted in the 80's. 4 days of maceration for the grenaches then addition of a direct pressing of syrah and the whole maceration for 3 days rack and press and put in aging for 7 months on lees without sulfite added without filtration and native yeast. Am explosion of pure southern fruit.
