80% Grenache 20% Cinsault planted in the 60's on clay-limestone soils on hillsides in east-west exposure. There fruit is co-fermented gently whole bunch  for 4 days then aged on lees for 7 months. This is brimming with fruit, with nice acidity and freshness tempering the ripe fruit.
