LA FERME DU CADE, ROUMEGUE 2021

70% Grenache 30% Cinsault planted in the 60's on clay-limestone soils on hillsides in east-west exposure. There fruit is co-fermented gently whole bunch  for 4 days then aged on lees for 7 months. Pouring a pale very light red, this is all soft red fruit, with nice acidity and freshness helped by the cooler vintage of 2021. No additions.
