60% Grenache 40% Syrah planted on loamy, sandy, soil in the year 2000. These were macerated for 7 days whole bunch, before pressing and ageing in stainless steel tank for 7 months. Bright with very lush soft tannins, this has darker fruit with a little of the wildness of the garrigue. No additions.
