JEAN-FRANCOIS ESSLER, SAINT-AGNES 2023 TROUSSEAU, PINOT NOIR.

50% Trousseau, 50% Pinot Noir 20% whole bunch, the rest destemmed and macerated for 8 days before ageing seperately for 12 months. Then blended on a good moon and bottled on another good moon a few months later. 

A really lovely wine that with air unfurls with elegant, brambly fruit, good concentration with black fruit and wild herbs. Will doubtless also age wonderfully.
