50% Gamay 50% Molette (a white native Savoie varietal), from the tiny parcel (0.1hectare) of Anglefort co-fermented for ten days whole bunch then aged in tank.  Has extraordinary fruit, blood orange and citrus and a bright texture, we like this lightly chilled.
