GRAIN PAR GRAIN, PILE, MONDEUSE, JACQUERE, CHARDONNAY 2023

A classic. 

From the Aux Cries parcel, the part at the bottom is only Jacquere and Mondeuse with a little Chardonnay, I kept them together, macerated in a fiber tank and then press no longer than 1 week after. Then put in barrel. So expressive, with depth, strenght, fruit, flower and spice.
