Gamay from hey Anglefort parcel, which is tiny but productive and tiny. The Gamay here is spicy and light, she gives it a fifteen day whole bunch maceration before ageing in fibreglass. Vibrant, aromatic and juicy, this is a beautiful example of what's possible in this underrated region.
