GOUTTE A GOUTTE GAGA DE TOI ROUGE 2022

1/3 Gamay, 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pineau d'Aunis. The fruit is a mix of grapes from her estate and Domaine De Cambalu, a 17 hectare organic estate further south. She gave the grapes a whole bunch maceration before ageing in tank for ten months. Beautifully balanced, with lush red fruit and some of the hallmark white pepper of the Aunis varietal this really punches above it's weight.
