GARO'VIN, NUIT BLANCHE 2024

The direct press version of Cedric's delicious Chenin Blanc. It's a blend of three different parcels:

0.75 ha of Chenin Blanc vines from 2012, "La Soucherie," in the commune of Beaulieu-sur-Layon (Purple schist)
0.50 ha of Chenin Blanc vines from 1962, "Le Clos des Gentils," in the commune of Beaulieu-sur-Layon
(Black schist)
0.21 ha of Chenin Blanc vines from 2014, "Les Gaesneries," in the commune of Beaulieu-sur-Layon

The grapes are pressed direct and aged in barrels for about a year. It is powerful with direct lush fruit and a distinct minerality. 2024 was a steller vintage and this wine is firing on all cylinders already.
