GARO'VIN, METISSE 2022, CAB FRANC, CAB SAUVIGNON.

A welcome return for this delicious Cabernet blend. In 2022, a warm vintage it was. 50% Cabernet Franc + 50% Cabernet Sauvignon from silty schiste and quartz, destemmed, macerated for two weeks and aged for 11 months in old barrels. After being given some rest in bottle, it's drinking wonderfully, full of black fruit, earth and real depth.
