GARO'VIN, METISSE 2020, CAB FRANC, CAB SAUVIGNON.

Another lovely vintage for this wine, which is now always an assemblage of Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are pretty old and Cedric destems the fruit before giving a 3 week maceration. It's then aged for a year in old barrels before bottling. After just under a couple of years in bottle, it's drinking beautifully now with silky dark fruit and lush tannins.
